This Network Support Role is a new opportunity with a leader in the field of providing wireless Intelligent Transportation Solutions. Our client is a dynamic Calgary based company, with distributors across North America, providing industrial wireless traffic solutions for the real world. Supported by fifteen plus years of field experience and technical knowledge, the company is an industry leader in spread spectrum wireless communication systems.
As the first company to provide plug-and-play wireless products and software designed specifically for the traffic industry, they have set the standard for wireless communications for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).
The Network Support Representative will provide solutions and technical support for the ITS products and existing client base. The Representative will provide input into product support, such as how the wireless modems will be tailored to suit a client's individual needs and network/product support.

Skill Requirements:
Network Support/IT Diploma or Degree is preferable
Good communication and problem solving skills
Ability to build rapport and gain trust
Organizational skills and self-discipline required to manage their time effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent analysis and people skills
Network Support experience
2+ years of technical experience
